Refund policy

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled if not yet shipped and are not custom/non-refundable. Same-day cancellations are recommended to avoid fees. Orders already processed/shipped are subject to a 30% restocking fee plus shipping costs. Custom-made or special-order items cannot be canceled once processing begins.


7-Day Return Policy

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for new, unused items in original packaging.

  • All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  • A 20% restocking fee and shipping costs apply unless due to an error on our part.

  • Wheel & tire packages, mounted wheels, custom-built, or used items are non-returnable.

  • Improper packaging during return shipping may void eligibility for a refund.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect all items upon delivery. Report any damage within 24 hours and do not install or modify the product. Contact us with photos for claim assistance. If approved, a prepaid label will be provided, and we’ll process a replacement or refund after inspection.
