Terms & Conditions

Welcome to AKINS TIRE & WHEEL INC. We are committed to providing you with the best products and services possible. By purchasing, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply may result in the denial of refunds, exchanges, or warranty claims. Please read carefully.

Lowest Price Guarantee

We actively monitor competitor websites to ensure you get the best price. If you find a lower advertised price on an authorized dealer’s website for an identical product in stock, we’ll match or beat it. Proof must be verifiable (no screenshots or emails). We reserve the right to verify availability and the seller's legitimacy. Price matches will not be honored from unauthorized dealers or sites violating MAP pricing.

Sales & Promotions

Sales and promotional offers may change or end without notice. Once the sale inventory is depleted, we reserve the right to cancel pending orders and issue refunds or suggest alternative options. Promotions may not be combined, are subject to availability, and may be modified or canceled at any time.

Product Availability

Inventory is dynamic. While we strive for accuracy, styles, sizes, and finishes may vary in availability. We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or limit any order based on availability. If unavailable, we will notify you and issue a prompt refund.

Pricing Policy

We aim to maintain accurate pricing, but errors can occur. Obvious mispricing (e.g., a $500 item listed for $5) may be corrected, and the order canceled. Affected customers will be notified and refunded if already been charged.

Fraud Prevention

We implement security checks to prevent fraud. This may include verification of payment and address or use of third-party fraud analysis. Orders flagged as suspicious may be declined or canceled without explanation. Fraud attempts will be reported and prosecuted.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders typically ship within 48–72 business hours (excluding weekends/holidays) if items are in stock and payment is cleared.

  • A tracking number will be provided once shipped.

  • Free/fixed shipping applies only to the continental U.S. Additional charges apply to HI, AK, PR, APO/FPO, and international addresses.

  • Oversized items ship via freight and require a delivery signature.

  • Shipping times for custom-made or modified products may vary.

Note: Delays during peak seasons or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled if not yet shipped and are not custom/non-refundable. Same-day cancellations are recommended to avoid fees. Orders already processed/shipped are subject to a 30% restocking fee plus shipping costs. Custom-made or special-order items cannot be canceled once processing begins.

7-Day Return Policy

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for new, unused items in original packaging.

  • All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  • A 20% restocking fee and shipping costs apply unless due to an error on our part.

  • Wheel & tire packages, mounted wheels, custom-built, or used items are non-returnable.

  • Improper packaging during return shipping may void eligibility for a refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect all items upon delivery. Report any damage within 24 hours and do not install or modify the product. Contact us with photos for claim assistance. If approved, a prepaid label will be provided, and we’ll process a replacement or refund after inspection.

Warranty Claims

Warranty support is handled through the manufacturer. Submit a warranty request to receive an RA number before shipping. You are responsible for shipping both ways. If the item is found not to qualify under warranty, it will be returned at your expense.

Billing, Refunds & Credits

Payments are processed upon order confirmation. Refunds are issued after inspection and processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the credit to reflect on your account.

AKINS TIRE & WHEEL INC is not liable for incidental costs, labor, or damages arising from purchase or use of our products. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Inaccuracies on our website may result in cancellation of affected orders.

Customer reviews may be published publicly along with your name, city, and vehicle information. AKINS TIRE & WHEEL INC reserves the right to remove reviews that are unrelated, misleading, or inappropriate. We do not endorse any user-submitted content.

Legal Notice

All warranties are limited to the original purchaser and may not be transferred. Implied warranties are disclaimed to the fullest extent allowed by law. Please test-fit wheels before tire mounting. No warranty will apply once the wheels are mounted and driven on.
